Refund Policy

All new subscriptions (Starter, Growth, and Scale plans) include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with FiveBatch for any reason, email us at billing@fivebatch.ai within 30 calendar days of your first payment and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked. No forms. No runaround.

The 30-day guarantee applies to: •New subscriptions on any paid plan •Annual plan upgrades (pro-rated refund for unused months) •Plan upgrades within the guarantee window The guarantee does not apply to: •Renewals (months 2 onwards) •Add-on purchases (extra AI credits, additional social accounts) •Accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service

If you purchased an annual plan and request a refund after 30 days, we will issue a pro-rated refund for unused months at our discretion. For example, if you cancel at month 4 of a 12-month plan, we may refund 8/12 of your payment minus any applicable fees. Contact billing@fivebatch.ai to discuss your situation.

Step 1: Email billing@fivebatch.ai from the email address associated with your account. Step 2: Include your account email and a brief reason (optional — it helps us improve, but is not required). Step 3: We'll confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method (credit card or PayPal). Bank transfer timing varies by institution.

After a refund is issued: •Your account will be downgraded to the free tier (if available) or deactivated •Your content and data remain accessible for 30 days •You can export all your data during this window •After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted
