We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us for support. Account information: Name, email address, password (hashed), and billing details. Brand content: Website URLs, social media handles, uploaded assets (logos, fonts, images), and any content you provide to help FiveBatch learn your brand voice. Usage data: How you interact with our platform, features you use, content you generate and approve, and publishing activity. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy for details).

We use the information we collect to: •Provide, maintain, and improve the FiveBatch platform •Generate AI content tailored to your brand voice •Process payments and manage subscriptions •Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, platform alerts) •Send marketing emails, if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime) •Analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models — using only aggregated, anonymized data, never your specific brand content •Comply with legal obligations

We treat your brand content as strictly private. Specifically: •We do not train our AI models on your brand-specific content •We do not share your Brand DNA profile with other users or third parties •Your content is processed solely to provide services to you •We use industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), AWS (hosting), SendGrid (email). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FiveBatch, our users, or the public. Business transfers: If FiveBatch is acquired or merged, your data may be transferred. We'll notify you via email before this occurs.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you cancel: •Your account data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate •You can export all your data before deletion via Settings → Data Export •After 30 days post-cancellation, all personal data is permanently deleted •Aggregated analytics (no PII) may be retained indefinitely

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: •Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you •Rectification: Correct inaccurate data •Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data •Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format •Objection: Object to certain types of processing •Withdraw consent: For any processing based on consent To exercise these rights, email privacy@fivebatch.ai. FiveBatch is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 16, we'll delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our platform at least 30 days before changes take effect.
